Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Share your delivery area and PIN code on WhatsApp. We will confirm whether delivery is available, the charge and the expected date before you pay. You can also ask about pickup.
How should I store the powders?
Store in a cool, dry place and always use a dry spoon. Follow the storage instructions and best-before date printed on your individual pack.
Where can I check ingredients and allergens?
Please check the pack label or ask us for the full ingredients and allergen information before ordering. Let us know about any dietary restrictions; a no-garlic variant is not an allergen-free guarantee.
How do payment and order confirmation work?
This website prepares an order enquiry for WhatsApp. We confirm availability, the full payable amount, delivery and payment arrangements in the chat. Adding to your bag or opening WhatsApp does not place or pay for an order.
What if I need to change an order or report an issue?
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Please ask about cancellation and replacement arrangements before payment. For a product issue, keep your pack and order details so we can help.
